COLTS TAKE THE TITLE BACK TO THE STABLE.

AFTER GREAT TOURNAMENT PLAY THIS PAST SATURDAY, THE COLTS WIN THE TOURNEY AND PREPARE FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME IN THE ELITE 7v7 FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT...

Coral Springs Colts came in on a mission to prove that home field advantage is indeed an advantage.  The nation’s top 7v7 football tournament, ELITE 7v7 “Dirty South II” hosted yet another event to showcase the talents of South Florida at the Coral Springs Sportsplex.

The Colts came with a high powered offense slinging the ball all over the field. This potent offensive attack would prove to be a show worth seeing.  They delivered sound football play and great skill players on both offense and defense.

The weather did play a role as the Colts brought the title home by scoring the most points of any of the participating teams within the tournament.  Now, that the Colts are the CHAMPS, what’s next?  The Colts scored a grand total of 89 points from touchdowns, extra points and turnovers.  Second to them was Flanagan Falcons with 63 points.  Both teams were undefeated, but due to the monsoon, the Colts were the victors.

Now what?!  This Saturday, the Colts have an opportunity to be the OVERALL champions of the ELITE 7v7 “Dirty South” Football Tournament.  The tournament will be held at the Coral Springs Sportsplex at 9:00am.  Hialeah Thoroughbreds (T-Breds) were the winner of the inaugural ELITE 7v7 “Dirty South” Football Tournament.  The Colts will look to make this tournament a derby of a race to the “SHIP”.
